The Terraform migration is still going — the initial rollout landed a while back, and the current phase is prod import: moving production configuration into Terraform state so prod is managed the same way as everything else, not just mirrored by it.

Data Control Hub passed Phase 1 (the base service, configs, permissions) a while ago. I'm in Phase 2 now — finishing alerts and releases. Phase 3 depends on scoping a data-quality framework (accuracy + completeness checks) as its own project first; Phase 4 is everything else still on the list.

The queue, per Todoist: deep-dive writeups for Demeter, Ares, and Hermes (all three unblocked now that their underlying features shipped), an initial design pass on a mini-Airbyte ETL rebuild — replicating the connector/sync-engine architecture I run at work, scoped tight to one source → destination sync with incremental state — and a decision on whether Hermes joins the platform at all (still open, no forcing function yet).

Also just gave the site itself a pass — added a project card for Clio (the docs hub tying the other four repos together) and tightened some copy, this page included.

Re-reading the Shiva Trilogy by Amish Tripathi — back in Immortals of Meluha again. It's turning up enough philosophical tangents that a few might become standalone posts of their own.
